Regional Formed Subscription
To obtain the greatest discount on access to FORMED, all seven parishes of the Indiana Region are now covered by a regional FORMED Subscription. To access FORMED content via a new subscription:
- Visit https://formed.org/ using any laptop, iPad/Kindle, smart phone, or smart TV by searching Formed in the play store of your device.
- Once FORMED has opened, click on the button “Formed for parishes.”
- Click on the button “Find Your Parish Subscription.”
- Type in: 15701
- You will see “Church of the Resurrection” followed by a list of zip codes. This is our regional parish grouping.
- Click on Church of the Resurrection and then click “NEXT.”
- You will be asked to enter your name and email address. This is to establish your personal account withing our regional subscription.
- Click “Sign Up.”
After submitting that information, your are signed up and signed into FORMED. You will find a variety of series, movies and audiobooks on the Sacraments, lives of the Saints, religious artwork, and many more topics relating to our Catholic Faith.
