Faith Formation Registration

Please note that for students in Sacramental Preparation years (Grade 2 for First Reconciliation and First Eucharist and Grade 8 for Confirmation is Spring of 2024. The date is Saturday, April 27, 2024. Any additional information form will be sent to you to complete once you have completed this registration.
